We will also ask you for a verified email address so that we can update you with the progress of your order – for example, when we receive your phone and when payment has been made. Without these important details we may not be able to successfully complete your order so it is essential that you supply us with the correct information.
Should you select BACS as your preferred method of payment, we will require only your sort code and bank account number, along with your full name. We adhere to the strictest of rules regarding this information and we do not retain this information for any longer than it is required to make payment. You will be required to supply these details upon your return should you decide to sell us your phone again in the future.
With your permission and consent, we may send you information from time to time regarding new products or services that may be of interest to you. You can always opt-out of any such emails at any time by choosing to unsubscribe in the email we send you.
